Inn at Ship Bay stewards are Proprietors MaryAnna and Geddes Martin, who bring their care for the land, their guests and for culinary excellence to Orcas Island. The Martins have since created a destination with one of the Island’s finest restaurants, featuring Geddes’ culinary talents. The Inn’s restaurant is located in the 1860’s vintage house. The overnight accommodations, constructed in 2000, provide a relaxed Northwest style experience. There are several acres of heirloom fruit trees and gardens, which produce featured ingredients for seasonal menus. Island activities include whale watching, sailing, hiking, kayaking, horseback riding, bicycling, and art/pottery galleries, showing the work of local artisans.
